Little Foragers Co.
A gentle space for little hands to explore, create and discover the magic of messy sensory play, and a place for parents to land and connect.
Our sessions offer messy, nature based sensory play within the Illawarra. Designed for little ones to explore, create and learn through hands-on experiences. Children are encouraged to engage with all their senses - squishing, pouring, mixing and discovering. Whilst parents join in the fun, building connection and sharing special moments together. Inspired by the freedom and joy of a 90’s childhood, we create a relaxed space where getting messy is celebrated and curiosity is nurtured.

About Us!
Chelsea
(Mum/ Co-owner/ Nurse/ Diet Coke enthusiast)
I grew up in a rural area before moving to the Illawarra, so my childhood was mostly spent playing outside and learning in nature. After having a baby in 2025, I knew I wanted to give my current and future children the childhood I remember- muddy hands, open ended play and hours of exploring. Until I noticed that there were actually very few to no activities in the Illawarra like this. This inspired me to make one, a place where you can make friends, watch your baby learn and create some messy memories.
As we all know how important getting out of the house is for our own mental health whilst on maternity leave, daily walks were quickly losing my interest, and my type B personality didn’t want to think of new ways to fill those wake windows. So here we are! Can’t wait to meet you all x
Kylie
(Chelsea’s Mum/ Grandma/ Co-owner/ Disability Support/ AuDHD)
After raising 3 huge hearted and considerate children (proud Mumma) and running a Family Daycare (alongside chickens, geese, dogs, cats, a pony and a goat named Elvis) in a rural area, I moved to the Illawarra working as a Retail Manager before finding my place as a Residential Carer for older persons living with Dementia to a Disability Support Worker. I love working with children, encouraging independence and confidence within their own abilities (even if that means making a mess), creating experiences and watching them learn and grow. When I’m not working, you’ll find me by the beach, swimming in a rockpool, attempting to groom our 2 dogs, or taking time out in our little caravan, usually working on one of my many craft projects.
We have current WWCC, Police checks, first aid and public liability insurance.
